4. Obligations of User
As the user of FootballFansUnited, you shall:

FootballFansUnited cannot and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your losses of account user ID and password.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FootballFansUnited MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED (I) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO YOUCUJU IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES UNDER THIS TOS DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE FIRST DATE THE LIABILITY AROSE IF SUCH SERVICES HAVE BEEN PROVIDED BY YOUCUJU TO YOU MORE THAN TWELVE (12) MONTHS OR (II) THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO YOUCUJU IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES UNDER THIS TOS IF SUCH SERVICES HAVE BE PROVIDED BY YOUCUJU TO YOU LESS THAN TWELEVE (12) MONTHS.
7. User Submissions
Generally, any communication that you post to the Website is considered to be non-confidential.
