How do I keep my Profile private?
You can set up your profile visibility settings so that only your friends can see your full profile. Go to Account Settings and select Friends Only in the visibility settings dropdown. This will mean when people that aren’t in your FootballFansUnited friends list visit your profile they will only see your basic details – not your profile photos, videos, friends etc.
When will I be emailed?
FootballFansUnited has several types of notification emails you can choose to receive. You can choose which emails, if any, you receive by going to Account Settings and setting the desired notifications on / off.
Is FootballFansUnited FREE?
You bet it is.
How do I change the details I entered when I signed up like my email address and favourite team?
It’s real easy. Go to Edit Profile option in your profile page and here you can change most of the details you entered on sign up.
I have lost my password – how do I get it back?
Click here and enter your email address you registered with FootballFansUnited and we’ll resend it to you.
How do I cancel my FootballFansUnited membership?
I’m sure you’ll never want to but here’s how anyway.
Go to Account settings and follow Cancel FootballFansUnited Account link at bottom of page. Hey – don’t do it by mistake!
